Shipping, returns, and exchanges
When will I get my order?
The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete (Do we have your prescription and PD?), and when you place it. The good news: Shipping is free with your order!
Here’s what you can expect:

Progressives (glasses and sunglasses) and high-index sunglasses: 7-11 business days
Non-prescription glasses: 4-7 business days
Non-prescription sunglasses: 7 business days
Home Try-On: 7 business days
Gift cards: 5 business days
E-gift cards: Within an hour of ordering. E-gift cards scheduled for future delivery will be sent on the morning of the requested date.
Where do you ship?
If you’re in India, you don’t need to worry about the shipments :)
If the order is from rest of the world, international shipping rates may apply.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free and will always be in India. International shipping rates may vary from country to country.
Can I get my glasses expedited?
If you need your glasses in a hurry, give us a call at +91-8800-99-8018, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m., to talk about expediting your order at our labs for nominal extra charges.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Additionally, we have a one-year, no-scratch guarantee for our lenses, and we’ll replace your scratched lenses for free within that timeline.
Note: We make high efforts to maintain quality of the lenses with the best material being sourced from the top-notch labs. We are happy to replace the lenses if the lens get scratches within short span of time. The replacement is subject to proper examination from our technical department and is not initiated for lenses scratched from accidents/shocks or any improper or abusive use of eyeglass or sunglass.

What if I’m not happy with the fit of my frames?
We want you to love the look and feel of your new frames, so if they fit anything less than comfortably, let us know! Our glasses are only available in one set size, but we’d be happy to recommend a style that might fit you better. Adjusting your frames is also another easy option to improve the fit. Find a retail location that offers adjustments here. If you’re not in the area, most optical shops will make minor adjustments for free or a small fee.
What do I do if I’m experiencing issues with my prescription?
Sometimes it takes a few days to adjust to a new prescription due to frame-to-frame variations, but if you’re having ongoing trouble with your glasses, give us a call at +91-8800-99-8018, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. We’ll help determine the issue so that we can re-make your glasses and make sure that your prescription is just right!
How do I get a lens replacement?
If your Limon Eye lenses are scratched within the first year, we’ll replace them for you for free after thorough examination from our technical department! If your prescription has changed, we can replace your lenses for a fee, based on your prescription and the lenses you’ve selected. Note: At this time, we’re unable to replace lenses in non-Limon Eye frames.
